Where does my time come from?
You type it in, exactly as it appears on your official result. We show you a preview and send a free proof before anything is printed, so you can check the spelling of your name and your time. If you’re unsure of your time, email us your results link and we’ll check it with you.
How long does shipping take within Australia?
Every print is made to order in our Melbourne studio. Allow 3–5 business days for printing, plus 2–5 business days for delivery. Need it by a certain date for a gift? Tell us and we’ll do our best.
Can I preview before printing?
Always. Every order includes a free digital proof. We don’t print a thing until you’ve checked your name, time and details and given us the thumbs up.
What if I don’t know my exact time?
Check your finisher email, the race’s results page or your sports watch. Still stuck? Email us your results link and we’ll help you find it before we print.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide from Melbourne. International delivery typically takes 7–14 business days and is calculated at checkout.
